Launched 2012-11 at the ASEAN summit in Phnom Penh: ASEAN plus Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea and New Zealand. India negotiated through the whole decade, seeking tariff differentiation for China and services mobility. It withdrew on 2019-11-04 in Bangkok, outside the decade, citing farm, dairy and small-industry concerns and the China trade deficit.
